NOTE: I have re-purposed this carrier from its stated use - mine is filled with water 24/7. I have had no issues, it is EXCELLENT, but it is sold as a terrarium NOT an aquarium. We have two aquatic frogs. This carrier is a perfect size for RV travel. It rides down in the sink just in case there is some splashing. The vented top assures the ladies get plenty of air, the hinged feeding top allows easy access without having to take off the entire lid, the carrying handle is a very convenient addition, and the feet on the bottom make sure that no water is trapped beneath the carrier. I change their water daily, and the venting in the top of the lid acts as a strainer to drain the water easily and quickly in the sink. New water can then immediately be added through the hinged feeding top making the water change take about a minute and eliminating the elaborate snatch, transfer and scrub of the last container. The frogs are much happier without the snatch and transfer. It is such an inexpensive product, I am ordering another in the same size to have as backup, and will get the next size up to use when we are not traveling.

I purchased this terrarium to house the crickets for my bearded dragon. The terrarium is built very well. The clear bin has thick sides and the top piece snaps on tight. I also like it not having handles.

This has been a great enclosure for baby cresteds, the small one is perfect for a starter home.
